Amy Paz, ASW

Thank you for being here and taking this important step toward your well-being. My name is Amy Paz, and I am an Associate Therapist and Associate Clinical Social Worker here at CCS. I am passionate about creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood without judgment. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to meet you where you are and

walk alongside you as we build self-awareness and resilience, explore patterns, process difficult experiences, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

My approach is grounded in cultural humility and trauma-informed care, with the understanding that our experiences, relationships, identities, and environments all shape how we move through the world and how we understand ourselves. As a first-generation Korean American, I also understand how culture, family expectations, identity, and the roles we carry for others can shape how we understand ourselves and our mental health. I hope to bring empathy and curiosity to our

work as you make sense of what you have been through, better understand yourself and your relationships, and make meaningful changes toward the life you want.

I support my clients as they navigate the many challenges life can bring, including anxiety, depression, burnout, self-doubt, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and feeling stuck or lost. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from different therapeutic approaches and tailoring our work to your individual needs, goals, and lived experience. My clinical approach

incorporates Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, narrative therapy, humanistic approaches, and trauma- informed approaches, among others. My education includes a Master of Social Work from the

University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from UCLA. I believe healing is not about changing who you are but about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and finding meaningful ways to move forward.

If you're ready to take that first step, I would be honored to support you on your journey. Call
