Our standard fees:

Individual Therapy

  • $160/session with an associate therapist

  • $195/session with a licensed therapist

  • $250/session for couples & family counseling

Insurance Clients

  • Co-pays typically range from $5 to $60/session, depending on your plan.

  • We accept many insurance plans, including commercial carriers and EAPs. Please call us to confirm your benefits.

Specialty Services

  • Co-parenting classes (3–4 weeks): starting at $350 per person

  • Birth-parent adoption counseling: $200/hour (travel time prorated at the hourly rate)

  • Letters requested on your behalf: $150 (not covered by insurance)

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Central Counseling Services accepts cash, credit cards, and personal checks.

  • A credit card is required to be kept on file for all clients.

  • Cancellations: Please provide 24-hour advance notice.

  • Missed sessions: A $120 fee (or your contracted insurance rate, if applicable) will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows. Insurance does not cover missed sessions.

Sliding Fee Discount Program

Central Counseling Services offers a Sliding Fee Discount Program to make therapy accessible and affordable. Therapy services are available to all clients who qualify, regardless of ability to pay.
