helping who can not only keep you directed, but also helps you with your stress through all of it. That's me! I am great with anxiety reduction, coping with mood episodes, and tackling the stuff life seems to find to throw at us.

In addition to my clinical work, I work with the homeless programs in Riverside and the IE, and am well connected to who is out there and what is available. I spend two evenings a week in programs serving our community. If you have experienced being unhoused, or have a family member who is, and need support to manage that extra stress and fear, I am here for you. Sometimes it is hard to talk to friends and family openly about the impact of finances on our lives. It can feel embarrassing. If that's you, come see me. We can address the nuts and bolts and the emotions, too.

I am a social worker, which means I do clinical mental health care as well as working within all the systems in our community. I am a passionate advocate for my clients, and I will be for you as well.

It is not easy at times, and I get it, but it is part of our lives and it is something that can include lots of extra help that many people are unaware of. I am also adept at walking clients through the disability process, which is stressful, anxiety provoking, and can feel like you will never get through. Those hoops and blocks are tall and wide. But it is entirely possible if you have someone
