Hi! I provide individual psychotherapy for youth & adults experiencing depression, grief & loss, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, trauma, gender dysphoria, autism, borderline personality disorder, and bipolar disorder, as well as couples counseling in areas of communication, intimacy, conflict, finances, attachment, trust, values & love languages, and premarital counseling. I work from diverse modalities/techniques including DBT, Strengths-Based, EMDR, Person-Centered, Solutions-Focused, Brief Solution Focused, Ecotherapy/Nature-Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment, Gottman Method & more.

I provide help and support to anyone who would like to work with me, including diverse communities such as Women, LGBTQ+, People with Disabilities, Immigrants, Law Enforcement, and more. In my approach, I strive to be empathetic, compassionate, kind, nonjudgmental, collaborative, and seek to understand.

I strive to work from being culturally-responsive, trauma-informed, and holistic while using evidence-based interventions to help and support people blossom, grow, and heal.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, have completed a Master's in Social Work degree from New Mexico State University, and a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from La Sierra University. I have completed a practicum/internship with the Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center with Keck Medicine of USC, facilitated a  Cancer Support Group in collaboration with The Pink Ribbon Place, and completed training in EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Trauma-Informed Art, LGBTQ-Affirmative CBT, and training with World Transgender Health (WPATH) GEI Foundations and Transgender Standards of Care.
