Cindy Graham, Practice Manager and Outreach

I started at Central Counseling Services eight years ago, and over that time, my understanding of mental health and healing has grown in deeply personal ways. After experiencing loss and trauma in my own life, I came to believe that mental health healing is something we all need at different points in our journey. That perspective has brought me full circle and allows me to better understand and support our clients as they navigate their own healing paths.

My journey at CCS began with answering phones, scheduling clients, and maintaining files. Over the years, my role expanded to include insurance contracting, provider credentialing, claims submission, and managing both clients and staff. Taking care of the day-to-day operations.

Today, I serve as the Practice Manager for our two offices, while also overseeing outreach and marketing efforts. I truly love what I do and deeply believe in the mission of Central Counseling Services. From our administrative team to our talented healers, I’m proud to be part of a team dedicated to helping others heal and grow. CCS has become more than a workplace for me—it’s where I found my passion.
