Guided by values of compassion, empathy, and cultural awareness, I strive to create a supportive and understanding space where individuals, couples, and families can feel heard and empowered. As the second-born of four siblings, I have always appreciated the importance of family and community, which continues to influence my therapeutic work.
Being bilingual in English and Spanish allows me to connect with a diverse range of clients, ensuring that language and cultural identity are embraced in the therapeutic process. Outside of my professional life, I have a deep appreciation for music and the arts, which serve as a source of inspiration. I also enjoy cooking, baking, and gardening—hobbies that bring me joy and balance. In my free time, I love exploring scenic hiking trails by the beach and discovering new restaurants.
Professionally, I bring extensive experience to my practice. Over the past four years, I have worked with individuals diagnosed with ADHD and autism spectrum disorder across various age groups, gaining valuable insights that now inform my work in marriage and family therapy. My approach is rooted in creating a collaborative, supportive, and safe environment where clients can navigate challenges and build healthier relationships.
I am passionate about supporting individuals and families in their journey toward growth, healing, and meaningful connection, and I look forward to working together.
