Randi Meurer, ACSW

With a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, I help individuals navigate life’s challenges while fostering growth and healing. My background includes working with diverse populations, providing therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and helping clients access the support they need. Whether it’s finding the right resources, strengthening emotional well-being, or processing difficult experiences, I am committed to making the journey easier and more manageable.

I have extensive experience running the social work department at an adult day health care center, where I provided vital support to adults and their families. This experience deepened my understanding of the unique needs of individuals and their caregivers, particularly those living with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, or dementia.

Additionally, I have experience providing resources and counseling services to underserved populations, including the unhoused community in Riverside. I’ve worked closely with those who are uninsured and underinsured, offering a safe space for healing and connection. I have also been involved in other community programs dedicated to supporting individuals in need.

I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where your unique experiences, strengths, and goals guide the journey. I specialize in trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and LGBTQIA+ support, working with both adults and children. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to help you gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

You deserve a space where you feel heard, valued, and supported. Whether you’re facing life’s challenges, processing past experiences, or simply seeking a fresh perspective, I’m here to help you navigate the path forward with clarity and confidence.
