Trevor Pope, Administrative Assistant and Virtual Manager
Ever since joining Central Counseling Services (CCS), my perspective on mental health care has broadened in a profoundly positive way. My role involves ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, from the moment they visit our website to their interactions within our practice.
As an Administrative Assistant and Virtual Manager, I am responsible for updating and maintaining our website, directly communicating with clients, scheduling their appointments with therapists, and managing our social media presence to keep our community engaged and informed. My work is driven by the belief that individual attention and authenticity are crucial in providing exceptional care.
I am proud of the impact I've made at CCS, such as designing and managing our website to create an intuitive and welcoming online space, streamlining the appointment scheduling process, and enhancing our social media strategy to foster a supportive community.
Career Highlights:
- Successfully redesigned and launched an updated website, improving user experience and increasing client engagement.
- Streamlined the appointment scheduling process, resulting in increased efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Enhanced the social media strategy, growing our online presence and fostering a supportive community.
Education:
I graduated Cum Laude from UCLA with a Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology. I am currently studying for the LSAT and applying to top-tier law schools.
Personal Philosophy:
Work on the things in your life you can control. With so many factors influencing our daily lives that we have no control over, the only way to make the most of our lives is by focusing on what we have the power to change.
Personal Interests:
Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about music, both listening and creating. I also enjoy learning and studying new things, constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and skills.
I look forward to continuing to support our community and help CCS thrive.
“Or is it your reputation that's bothering you? But look at how soon we're all forgotten. The abyss of endless time that swallows it all. The emptiness of those applauding hands. The people who praise us; how capricious they are, how arbitrary. And the tiny region it takes place. The whole earth a point in space - and most of it uninhabited.”
